She explained the mission, vision and core values of the Group, and pointed out that BEWG will build a community with a shared future for the industry with the partners with a new face. She required that the delivery system should adhere to the “customer-sourced, innovation-oriented” concept, take fast turnover as the key link, and take quality as the key, establish a quality control system of “one set of standards + one set of processes + performance evaluation”, strictly grasp the process performance, and realize the “high-quality and fast turnover” strategy of project delivery from “standard construction” to “efficient manufacturing” and then to “intelligent creation”, so as to win the customers’ trust and win the customers. She hopes to establish a strategic alliance with partners with “the same DNA” to jointly innovate, create value, achieve ecological win-win results, and work together for the future.
Upholding the cooperation concept of “quality first and ecological win-win”, Feng Yanxia, general manager of the Procurement Center, made a detailed introduction of the supply chain system with the theme of “Supply Chain System Upgrading”, and comprehensively analyzed the core measures and advantages of centralized procurement of BEWG.
Focusing on the link of “building a community with a shared future for water affairs”, PI Jun, director of the Group, Li Dan and Zhang Shugang, deputy general managers of the Project Delivery Center systematically introduced the implementation measures for the transformation of the Group’s construction general contracting business into a centralized procurement mode. BEWG will establish a “two-way performance” inspection system from the perspective of “rules, system and mechanism” to ensure good products with the procurement and pricing methods based on “efficiency, openness and adaptability” and the delivery standard focused on “duration, quality and safety”. As for the delivery system, a “big delivery management” mode will be built based on customers and products, supported by centralized purchase tools, so as to build a “fast, high, excellent and new” delivery force.
In the interaction link, in order to further promote the cooperation and division of labor between the two sides about the centralized procurement of the general construction contracting, promote the coordination and progress of both sides, and achieve a win-win situation, all partners and the relevant principals of BEWG conducted full communication and in-depth exchanges about the contents of the meeting.

He pointed out that “customer-soured and innovation-oriented” is the way to achieve sustainable development, and BEWG will always uphold this concept to provide customers with higher quality products and services. He emphasized that the strategic goal of the Group is to continuously acquire and manage large-scale assets, create new business growth points by relying on science & technology and model innovation, improve enterprise operation efficiency, and realize sustainable development of the company. Under this goal, he advocated to break the situation through innovation, and work with all partners to build a pan-centralized water environment community featured with intergrowth, alternation and regeneration by closely focusing on the Group’s innovation strategy and ecological strategy.
In the future, BEWG will uphold the business purpose of “customer-sourced and innovation-oriented”, build a trust bridge with the majority of partners with an open and shared attitude, maintain in-depth and steady cooperation, realize the reform and upgrading of the Group’s delivery system and supply chain system, provide customers with more professional and high-quality services, and jointly create a new situation of mutual benefit and win-win results to contribute to the ecological civilization construction of China.
