Signing of Strategic Cooperation Agreement between BEWG and Bank of Beijing 2017-06-15
On June 15, 2017, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between BEWG and Bank of Beijing was held in BEWG headquarter in Beijing, with a view to initiating deep strategic cooperation and speeding up the funding for projects for Beijing Subsidiary Administrative Center.
Bank of Beijing Chairman Zhang Dongning, VP Yang Shujian, CRO Wang Shumei, Vice Chairman and Executive Deputy General Manager of Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited (BG) and BEWG Chairman Li Yongcheng, BEWG Executive Director and President Zhou Min, VP Wang Zhupin, attended this signing ceremony. Mr. Liu Hongye, deputy general manager of Tongzhou Management Department of Bank of Beijing, and Mr. Huang Wenlong, general manager of Strategic Development Center of BEWG, signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement and Beijing Subsidiary Administrative Center Water Service Funding Cooperation Agreement, on behalf of respective party.
Chairman Li Yongcheng stated in his speech that BEWG had gained lots of support from all the sectors of the community, especially financial institutions with Bank of Beijing as the leading supporter. Today's signing ceremony showed a substantial achievement in respect of Tongzhou water environment construction fund between Bank of Beijing and BEWG, and a new process featuring deep strategic cooperation between both parties will be started. Now, BEWG is changing its mindset to be more open-minded, to establish a universal centralized ecosystem on the basis of mutual benefit to enterprises in the system, with focus on "symbiosis, alternation, regeneration", to unite with relevant enterprises for joint development, to work together to create new growth opportunity, and to provide comprehensive solution to urban development for governments. He hoped that both parties took this opportunity to realize deepening cooperation, to jointly explore market resources for win-win development, to become an indispensable partner in the other party's ecosystem, and to jointly start a new era of enterprise development.
Bank of Beijing Chairman Zhang Dongning stated that signing a strategic agreement between Bank of Beijing and BEWG was a rare opportunity, and admired the outstanding achievements made by BEWG in such a short time. He said that BEWG had concentrate on bringing benefit to the people based on green development philosophy, and that BEWG, with the leading comprehensive power in the industry for multiple consecutive years, could be called the banner and benchmark for the transformation and development of state-owned enterprises. This agreement would further strengthen the cooperation between both parties. Bank of Beijing would provide sincere service, work with BEWG for win-win cooperation, and jointly create bright future.
As per the agreement, both parties will take advantage of respective resources and advantages to establish a strategic cooperation partnership, push forward the joint development through sincere cooperation, and create wider development space for the other party. BEWG will continue to make use of the advantages in terms of investment & financing channels, water treatment service, water environment treatment and construction service, water environment treatment technical service, and unite with powerful capital strength of Bank of Beijing to jointly start a new chapter in Beijing Subsidiary Administrative Center water environment treatment project.
