Strategic Cooperation Agreement between BEWG, CRIG and Ranken 2017-05-04
On May 4, 2017, a strategic cooperation agreement between BEWG, China Railway Investment Group Co., Ltd., (CRIG) and Ranken Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. (Ranken) was signed in BEWG headquarter. CRIG General Manager Liu Shaowei, CRIG deputy general managers Xiu Gui and Wang Xiaoqing, leaders from subsidiary company of CRIG, Chairman of Ranken Zhang Weixuan, deputy general manager of Ranken Wang Heng, BEWG executive director and president Zhou Min, senior vice president Yang Guang attended the signing ceremony.
During the discussion, CRIG General Manager Liu Shaowei stated, the old-style individual participation in the competition has become obsolete in recent years, on the condition of new marketing mode, commercial mode and construction mode. A union or community should be set up, to win a project with combined advantages. CRIG would like to this opportunity to set up a union with BEWG and Ranken based on synergy effect.
Chairman of Ranken Zhang Weixuan stated, Ranken is willing to play roles of bridging, pioneer, additive and technical service based on its advantages like perseverance, aggressiveness, good reputation, complete rail transportation industry chain, and strong cooperative sense, and work together with BEWG and CRIG to create splendid prospect.
BEWG President Zhou Min described operation and development, especially the ecological strategy of BEWG. He stated, currently, large-scale ecology treatment projects are more complicated, companies need to work together to provide complete and reasonable plan for governments. At present, BEWG is transforming into ecological type enterprise, and willing to establish an ecosystem with other companies. The old-style zero-sum gaming mindset should be replaced by win-win cooperation to make a bigger industry cake together. In the future, BEWG will work with CRIG and Ranken to develop the business jointly.
BEWG senior vice president Yang Guang stated, BEWG is willing to further push forward the project cooperation based on the previous discussion and investigation, keep track of project information, strengthen coordination to develop the relevant markets jointly. Three parties should make use of its own advantages to seize the commanding heights of the industry and to win big projects.
Later on, BEWG senior vice president Yang Guang, CRIG deputy general manager Xiu Gui, Ranken deputy general manager Wang Heng signed this three-party agreement on behalf of respective company, under the witness of all the present leaders.
This cooperation is based on the understanding of and consent to each other's philosophy and strategy, aiming to make use of respective resources, technologies and management to bring respective advantages into play. Three parties would like to take this opportunity for cooperation in respect of water environment treatment, river or lake ecology recovery and municipal environment protection projects. Three parties will move forward, hand in hand, open up commercial resources, innovate cooperation modes, and jointly establish ecosystem development philosophy.
